This italian designed home was built by the architect with a one of a kind design. Custom concrete flooring with 18 layer acid coloration, which is stunning! (floors could be radiant heated). The upstairs is used as a work-out room retreat or could be family room or office, with its own private balcony. The handrail is "vanessa" hand hammered old world and the stairs are limestone. There are not many features that were overlooked in the design or quality of this home. All bedrooms are downstairs.
